      • Next-Day Shipping: Guaranteed next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary based on factors such as location, shipping provider, and weather conditions.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose, the weight of your order, and your delivery address. We offer:

      • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
      • Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $50, starting from $4.99 depending on location.
      • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs vary based on location and weight, and the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

      • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
      • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available).

4. Shipping Restrictions

      • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). Some locations may have limited shipping options or higher fees due to their remoteness.
      • International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer support team for more information.
      • P.O. Boxes: Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes may only be eligible for Standard Shipping, and delivery times may vary.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly on the shipping carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).

      • Tracking Delays: Occasionally, there may be a delay in the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

We take great care in packing and shipping your items. However, once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, lost items, or damages that occur during transit. If your package is lost or damaged:

7. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we only allow one shipping address per order. If you wish to send items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders.

9. Signature Required for Delivery

Some high-value or large items may require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that the product reaches you safely. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or reschedule the delivery.
